Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Funky Panda, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which orders can be cancelled and refunds are processed.

 

1. Order Cancellations

  • Predefined Design Orders:

    • Can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

    • Cancellations after this period may not be possible, as processing and packing begin promptly.

  • Custom Design Orders:

    • Cannot be cancelled once submitted, as they enter production immediately after confirmation.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product was delivered in the wrong size or incorrect design/print compared to the order placed.

  • Custom-designed T-shirts are non-refundable, except where there is a verified production error or damage.

 

3. Return & Refund Request

  • All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a request, contact us at funkypanda2025@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for refund/cancellation

    • Clear photo proof of the issue (in case of damage/incorrect product)

 

4. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days.

 

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items

  • Custom-designed T-shirts (unless defective or damaged).

  • Orders cancelled after the 2-hour window for predefined designs.

  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 48-hour return period.
