Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product was delivered in the wrong size or design (different from what was ordered).

Custom-designed T-shirts are non-returnable, unless there is a confirmed production error or damage.

You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Clear photographs of the issue (damage, wrong size/design, etc.)

Arrange a reverse pickup, or

Provide instructions on how to ship the product back.

Unused and unwashed

In their original condition and packaging
