At Funky Panda, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for products purchased through https://www.funkypanda.co.in/ (the “Site”).


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product was delivered in the wrong size or design (different from what was ordered).

  • Custom-designed T-shirts are non-returnable, unless there is a confirmed production error or damage.


2. Return Window

  • You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • To request a return, email us at funkypanda2025@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photographs of the issue (damage, wrong size/design, etc.)


3. Return Approval Process

  • Once your request is reviewed, our team will notify you regarding approval.

  • If approved, we will either:

    • Arrange a reverse pickup, or

    • Provide instructions on how to ship the product back.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In their original condition and packaging


4. Replacement or Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If eligible, you may choose between:

    • A free replacement of the same item, or

    • A full refund (processed to your original payment method).

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Custom-designed T-shirts, unless defective or damaged.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Items returned after the 48-hour return window.
